BCBG strapless midi with ostrich feather hem

This pretty dress starts out with a strapless bus line that is boned in six places to hold its place. It also has an inside rubberized strip at the top to hold it against your skin. The fabric tags are missing. I believe this to be a stretch, polyester satin there’s definitely some spandex in this.
