🆕BCBG new Long Strapless Dress

Black long dress with two colors of blue inset. New never worn. Too long and never got it hemmed, so just sat in my closet! Its strapless (I think those are hanging straps pictured). Jersey material hangs nicely and flows when you move to reveal the blue. Sz XS
