BCBG navy blue formal cocktail dress

This dress was worn 2x in excellent condition. So flattering on the body- and has such great detail with the tulle. Got so many compliments on this dress- and can be worn to different functions- weddings, showers, etc. has upper navy blue tulle bandeau style top with bottom skirt made up of navy, royal blue and hints of deep purple flower style.
