Removable spaghetti straps for optional strapless look. Silicone gel-like material along upper seam to keep it in place. Ribbon-like feature just below bodice. Royal blue slip with lace bottom edge fits against body with black, crinkled skirt overlay that has stripes of thick and sheer fabric. Dry clean only. Worn and cleaned just once.
