BCBG bubble hem cocktail dress

This is a lovely navy, black and cream strapless taffeta bubble hem dress from BCBG - Max Azria. It's lined, has a side zipper, the bodice is boned and has a built in padded bra. The cream top is pleated and overlapped. It's a beautiful dress! Worn once then dry cleaned.
