arjonesie @kimwalters2 I am 5'1 and it comes to just above my knees. However because it is so clingly I scrunch it up to make it mid thigh and it stays.

arjonesie @bellezza it is a little of both blues. I would call it a bright navy. Never worn, still original tags. I bought it to go under a sweater poncho, but then never wore it. Found a black dress i liked better.
