Pleated bubble hem taffeta dress great for any formal event. Colorblocked ivory top, black waist, ink blue skirt. Women’s size 6. Measures 34” around chest (inside dress), 28” waist. Comes with removable straps. Only worn once. In excellent condition, one small stain on the inside front (pictured). Would love for someone to put this pretty dress to good use!
