Navy BCBG dress with white, green and tan print. Linen like material. Faux wrap bust. Smocking under bust all the way around. Empire style and flares from under the boat. Adjustable straps. Fully lined. Liner has scalloped lace trim. Size tag is missing. Please see measurements. PTP laying flat 16” plus some stretch Waist, dress has smocking under the bust and flared under the bust. Smocking laying flat under the bust is 14” plus lots of stretch Length 34.5” with the straps adjusted a little shorter
