Empire waist, bodice has vertical folds of material creating a stripe effect, and the body has horizontal folds placed every few inches... it isn't quite tiered or ruffled, but similar to both. It is 76% Acetate, 20% Polyester, 4% spandex. It is a size 4 and a magenta color. It has one small flaw: in back, along the top of one of the folds of material, the thread has pulled away from the stitch line.
