Brand new with tag! Retail: $400. Lined. Lower trim of dress has feather/boa type fringed trim with an inner mesh petticoat type lining to help "fluff" it out. Gorgeous lace/mesh ruched and chiffon poly ruffled detail. Empire waist. Satin poly sash tie belt. Strapless but has straps to help hang or can perhaps wear with the straps but I don't think the straps are meant to be used for wearing, as shown on various manufacturer models wearing it as strapless. Back zip closure. Black lace/mesh overlay with beige/nude satin inner lining that can be shown through for a gorgeous look. Dress has additional inner slip lining that is black. Upper bodice area has light inner boning. Super rare and impossible to find anywhere! Lovely!
