aandakay @soul_oasis Hi! Yes the dress has been worn 3 times. There are no holes, tugs or blemishes except that there are three beads(one of each kind) missing from far left of the dress. Bust is 15.5 inches across, waist is 12 inches (at the tightest tie, so it can be more very easily) and the length is approximately 36 inches. Hope this helps!
