Hi @hblivin ! I am a 34A in bra and this almost fits me perfectly. It's a little snug but the elastic bands in the back give it some stretch.
Measures approximately 13 3/4" from shoulder to hem.
I also measured the circumference of the bottom, which measures approximately 28".
