What’s the armpit to armpit width and waist laying flat in inches? Would this fit a 34c bust and 25/26 denim waist?

@gioziggy armpit to armpit is 16” across and waist is about 29”. It is adjustable with the neck straps so it should fit the bust fine. It would be a little looser in the waist, but I guess it depends how snug you want it. I’m 5’8” 140 lbs and 34B and the hemline was perfect. It goes above the knee on one side, then drops at an angle to below the knee on the other side.
