lovesdivine @nastassiameyer hi there! Yes, the dress measures (when laid flat) 18” armpit to armpit, 15” across the elastic waistband (stretches to 16.5”), and 19” across the hips. It’s about 36.5” in length from shoulder to bottom hem. Since the dress is 100% silk, the fabric does not stretch. Hope this helps! :)
