I am in between a small and medium normally. Do you think this would fit? How does it run?

@jtate25 HI! I'm like size 4/small. I'm going to be honest, it's probably definitely a small. The sleeve probably wouldn't be a problem cause it's stretch on one side, but if you want to button it up, it might not fit. I tried it on with a sweatshirt on, and it was a bit tight.
