aarmand @hbrooke511 I apologize I mislabeled the dress. It is a size four, but the way this dress fits it does run a little smaller. The waist is ~27 inches.

hbrooke511 @aarmand the upper waist is 27 inches? I've got a 27 inch upper waist and 28 inch lower waist. Also if I'm a 34b, would the top fit?

aarmand @hbrooke511 unfortunately it wouldn't. I am also a 34b and it was tight. This is a dress made for someone who had a little smaller of a chest.
