A rich blue textured button down blouse, the jacquard pattern is made of short velvet and the shirt is satin-like. The buttons end at the chest and are covered and not visible when worn. No need for a cami because the chest is lined and not see through, but the short sleeves are semi-sheer. NWOT - No tears, stains, or missing buttons. Still has tag string attached, but no paper tag.
