BCBG Dress (NWOT)

NWOT - tried on but never worn. (I love this dress - unfortunately, the top is too big (ok, my top is just too small). I am a 6 across the board in every dress I've ever bought by BCBG and I decided to part with it instead of having it altered). Hibiscus print full skirt, cut-out sides with a wrap belt.
