yvonndi @jenny14 yes I did ship them on out Monday. I spoke with someone from USPS because I was concern that they had not arrived. I was told they are investigating to locate the shoes. They gave me a confirmation number to use when checking on the status of the investigation. It is CA142248094. I am waiting to hear back from someone today or tomorrow about where are the boots.

yvonndi @jenny14 none yet but I spoke with someone name Gary at the moline post office and he said that they are looking into it and you can call him at 309-764-5011. I am going to follow up with USPS tomorrow morning. As far as Gary said he could see he believes it may just be sitting and no one noticed it was left behind but he didn't seem to know much.

yvonndi @jenny14 I am doing all that I can. I just got off the phone with USPS customer service and they told me they are now escalating the case. I don't know what else to do but if you see anything on my page in the future I will take $10 off. I am so sorry for this inconvenience.

yvonndi @jenny14 great news I believe they have found the package and there has been movement. According to the track history it arrived in Chicago at 4:37am. I called Gary at the Moline Post Office and he is going to call me back to let me know when it will arrive to you.
