BCBG Black Layered Peplum Formal Dress

Removable straps, Peplum style. Black textured layered fabric. Molded bust with elastic at top band for extra grip. Very well made dress. Zipper back closure. 100% polyester. Size 4 but could work for a smaller 6. Across bust 17 1/2-18 inches, waist 15 1/2 inches, hip 18 1/2 inches, total length 35 inches. New without tags. I purchased it from BCBG but it was a little too tight for me.
