BCBG Bandage Skirt

Okay so story behind this garment... I bought it and am still unsure whether or not it is a skirt or shirt. It was super cute so I bought it (without knowing how to where it), yet here it still remains with the tags and unworn! My guess is that it is a bandage skirt similar to the last picture! Very stretchy. Mint/Aqua color.
