Pants measure 43" from top hem to bottom of leg and inseam measures 30". Pants are size US medium (8/10). Front pockets are fully functional and back pockets are faux. There are 3 belt loops suitable for a wide belt. The fabric type isn't listed, but feels like a cotton blend exterior and smooth nylon interior.
