BB Dakota size small silky tie back dress

I bought this cute BB Dakota dress at a local boutique two summers ago. It is very silky and flowy and has a tie at the back neck. It is size small. It could be worn as a tunic for a taller person, but came to the knee as I am petite. It’s about 19” pit to pit & 32” king from neck to hem.
