BB Dakota (dark) navy blue dress size S

This is a BB Dakota dark blue dress size small. Almost silky-like material that is double layered so it is not see through. There's a little ruffle at the top around the neckline and back and also a very thin spaghetti-like strap on the shoulder. The waistline has a little pleated band to essentially rest on the hips. And note, the tie at the front can pull together to tighten the neckline if needed. top of dress at strap to bottom is 36" underarm to other underarm is 18 1/2" elastic pleated waistline is 15" Fabric from waistline to bottom is 15" fabric from top of strap to waistline is approx 20 1/2" cut out for arm from top of strap is approx 10 1/2" cut out for the neckline, down, is approx 4 1/2"
