victoriagower @nephatia08 I’m so sorry for the late reply. My trip got delayed and I just had a chance to measure. The chest area is 15” and since it’s an empire style the waist is about the same. If you need the dress right away, I can mail by 3pm eastern. If not, I can mail by Tuesday 10/ 12

victoriagower @findinglilly measured to the best of my ability. Fabric is stretchy. Laying flat waist is about 14.5” side to side btwn the 2 front seams (so abut 29”around). The hips are about 17.75” (so 35.5” total)
