Cute flirty blue pinstripe dress with white pom Pom details throughout sleeves and hem Cinching at the waist, sleeves and neck cutout Can be worn on or off shoulders Sleeves are puffy Never worn, good condition Note: Bought at a BB Dakota sample sale but no tags. There are slits at the waist that were originally for a tassle/tie design but it didn’t come with the tassles; slits are not noticeable. It doesn’t affect the cinching, so I think it was meant for aesthetics only.
