BAYO - Blue silk dress

Semi dressy and light embroidered blue dress. For any occasion, beautiful details, and small ruffle at bottom knee length. Purchased at a boutique in the Philippines and only worn once. IMPORTANT: Philippines sizing is off. Sized at 2 but is stretchy enough for a X- Large which is why I listed in between at 8.
