GREAT BOHEMIAN MAXI DRESS IN A SIZE 5XL The underarm to underarm measurment is approximately 28 inches. The waist, at the point where there appears to be a waist deleniation seam is approx 27 inches across the front. The length from the back of the neck to the bottom of the dress is approximately 40 1/2 inches. As far as the hip, it is hard to ascertain where the hip line falls on the dress and everyone's hips fall at a different point as well. I took the measurment at the bottom of the pockets which is approx 28 inches.
