These jeans are made in the USA. The material is made up of 50% cotton, 24% polyester, 13% lyocell and 3% elastane. These jeans have a lot of stretch to them. A tight stretch. Measurements: Waist: 15” will stretch to 17” Inseam: 32” Bottom leg: 10” These jeans are new without tags. I bought them but never wore them.
