BASLER navy blue dress with open sleeves & built in necklace

Sorry ladies, no size indicated! I would guess 6 to 8? Beautiful navy blue with matching lining, built in necklace, back zipper, sleeves are open on the bottom Measurements are as follows: Bust 34” Waist 33” Hips 35” Sleeve length 18 1/2” Dress length 37 1/2” I did wash this in my machine in cold water & hung it to dry, it looked amazing!
