Gorgeous Tiered Cocktail Dress with layers of tulle and crystals. Off white, strapless, with clusters of crystals on bust and bottom hem and top of back. Worn once. Bought from Bloomingdales for over $400. A few stains that are disguised by tulle, which is why I’m selling for a bargain! Received so many compliments on this one!
