BANDAI Ultimate Legends NIB Naruto Uzumaki Shippuden 5" action figure & dog tag

Greetings...discovered these in two very different mystery boxes hard won off shopgw.com and I know next to nothing of anime or manga so please forgive me. Seems like an interesting character though, in my research on these. I couldn't find an identical dog tag to this which leads me to think it might be rare? It's really well made, high relief stainless stee on 20" chain.smoke-free home. Thanks for your consideration.
