Virtually new old stock...Use a few times then stored for the last 25 plus years. No tears, stains or odors. XS means extra small, fits small framed male who possibly wears 34 to 36 inch jacket size. All zippers and pockets are in Excellent condition. There are 9 pockets, and several zippers and straps. There is a zipped hoody in the collar never used (not shown in pic but its there!). Measured Flat is 18 inches and the bottom of the arm pits and 27 inches long neck to bottom. 100% COTTON
