Good Morning 😊. The dimensions are: widest part is 13” and length is 6” opening unsnapped is 8” . It is not a crossbody. It will fit on average shoulder perfectly. I’m 5’7” and it’s not uncomfortable under my arm. When I purchased it, I thought it was a crossbody and it’s not. But this is a really cute and well made purse. I lreally love the quality of Banana Republic pieces. I hope this description helps.
