hey I was wondering if that was a scam the person that said for you to text ? Them because they was getting it for their cousin I just had a similar thing happen and she said she was getting it for her daughter and go email her info.

@tanyalock14 Yeah generally if they’re asking you to go off of the website for any reason especially if they want to send you a check or a cashiers check it’s a scam and don’t do it

@tanyalock14 yeah just let her know it’s super easy to add her checking account as a payment method and that you can’t take payments outside of Poshmark because it’s not insured even if they offer you $100-$200 extra I know it sounds appealing but it’s B.S. !! 🙂
