vitashops @ramona20 I’m so sorry, I don’t know how to accurately measure a garment. I am a true size small; 34 B cup size; 5’5 in height, and the length hits me right at my hips. I hope that helps!

ramona20 If you zip it closed and lay it flat then measure across the chest, you'll get the chest measurement. It's pretty simple
