This is a pretty, new-without-tags, swimsuit cover-up caftan in one-size by BALI QUEEN. No fabric tag, but this is lightweight, possibly cotton. Color is Seafoam with neon pink embroidery. Item slips on over-the-head and has drawstrings at waist with neon pink fringed tassel detailing. Approximate measurements are 40 in length, 31” at uncinched waist. Mannequin measures approximately 35C at bust, 26” at waist, 34” at hips. When photographing item, there were defects, but now I can’t find them, so definitely not obvious. I will sell item at a low price and as-is final sale for this reason.
