This skirt is size XXL and made by Balance Collection. It is made with 85% soft rayon and 15% polyester and machine washable. The elastic waist measures 20 1/2" across at the waist and it is about 17 1/2" in length. It is very gently worn, if at all, in like new condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Cute skirt.
