@elana_rose hi this is a size medium. Typically I would order a small, but it was recommended in their sizing chart to size up if concerned about a tight fit. I am typically a size 4, but a little larger on the bottom and wanted to ensure the pants would fit. They are mashed and extremely stretchy and still provide a very close fit hopefully this helps!
