What is on the heels? How worn are they?

@lovestonedgypsy the shoes were worn a few times. Those are heel savers that protect the heel from wear. Instead of wearing out the shoe you just replace them or you can take them off. My shoemaker puts them on all my shoes. They are about $2-5 and extend the life of your shoes. We walk a lot in the city.
