tbeggs33 @bri_nella would say waist is about 18” but it’s stretchy/elastic and length is about 23.5” (from base of neck/hood to the bottom of jacket). I can’t measure bust as this was my mom’s jacket and a size M, I wear XL and am a c/d size cup and my mom is about a b size. Hope that helps. Sorry for the delay, I had a migraine this morning and had to run to town to get alfalfa for my thoroughbred.
