B. Smart Dress

This is a cute floral dress with a black sheer element in the upper bodice and back above the breast line. It's 100% polyester so the fabric does not provide a stretch like a spandex blended dress would. The waist has a matching material tie to present a more hour glass look. This dress has been worn gently only a couple of times. It is a ECU dress.
