B Smart Black Cocktail/Party Tiered Dress/SZ13/14

Lovely Black Party or Cocktail Dress by B Smart. Light tiers with embellished center bow in front gives this dress a nice shape. Spaghetti straps, slightly structured bodice and back zipper. It is somewhat short although not quite short enough to be a mini length. The size is a 13/14 which I think is a Juniors sizing, not women’s sizing. The dress is previously owned and in excellent condition.
