@amijames3474 they’re supposed to be loose. I think if you’re ok with them being loose, then yes, they’re definitely a size 2.

@amijames3474 when I bought these, I was a 26 and they were just a bit too tight, so I got the next size. I’ve gained about 7 pounds(a good thing) in the last 2 months and I’m now a 27. Rise is 10.5, just measured.
