mommadukes4 I'm sorry, i switched phones, and forgot to add this app back to my phone. Yes this would fit 38 c. I'm 38c. However, i guess it would also depend on how broad your shoulders are, not just your chest size. If you're still interested, have someone measure across the widest part of your should blades, and measure from your neck across the top of your shoulder to the tip of your shoulder, where your arm connects. Sorry again, I apologize.
