B Dazzle Royal Blue prom dress

Chiffon like polyester material; lined; jewels and beads in patch at front; padded chest with boning; zip closure in back (missing half of hook and eye); flattering but not form fitting fit; worn once and dry cleaned (small mark on lower right side - pictured but it's not noticeable so not sure it's noticeable in pic); I was about 5 ft 4 wearing this dress and wore sandals; I feel it's a bit small for a zero
