Adorable little black ruched dress with one sheer sleeve that has slit like cold shoulder sleeve. embellishments around wrist tag is missing so not sure of the size but measurements are listed. Side to side where both armpits are = 16 inches so about 32 chest Top shoulder seam to bottom hem is 35 inches Waist from side seam to side seam is 12 inches so about 24 inch waist Hips from side seam to side seam is 15 inches so 30 in hips I'm listing as a size XS or sz 2 due to measurements
