B Altman vintage 50s 60s paisley mini dress XS/S

Vintage B Altman dress. Print has bright pink background with red paisley. Feels like wool. Fully lined. Back zipper. Looks to have been taken in and shortened at some point. There is about 6” that can be let out at the hem if you want to make it longer. Excellent vintage condition. Would probably best fit an XS/S. Measurements lying flat Armpit to armpit: 17” Waist: 12” Hips: 17.5” Length: 34.5”
