Aztec skirt or can be a dress

Bought from Cavendars years ago. Not available anymore. This is cute with a tank flip flops or worn with a Jean jacket it can be a skirt or a halter dress. Super funn! Wear with boots for a more western style! There are marks on both sides where the hanger was holding it at the top. See pic. They should come out in the wash. This is hand wash only.
