@chatitachula so there is a problem when @mgrimmel shipped your item I got a confirmation email that it was shipped and that u received it. I didn't get an email that you shipped her the item. It's my responsibility to know why there wasn't a confirmation email for your shipment since this is an item that was purchased from me. I did contact poshmark and if indeed you did ship it out which I won't question you because you said you did there there would be a tracking number from usps
